Evaluation of the Energy Entrepreneurs Fund (EEF)
BEIS requires evaluation experts to conduct an impact, process and economic evaluation of the Energy Entrepreneurs Fund (EEF), an innovation grant programme formed in 2012.
The expected outcome is evidence to understand the impact the scheme had, including overall benefits and lessons learned to inform future decision-making on innovative grant schemes.
The primary outputs are expected to be evaluation reports, slide-packs and presentations.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the risk of actual/perceived Conflicts of Interest, companies involved in delivering the Energy Entrepreneurs Fund (EEF) will not be able to bid for this requirement which seeks to evaluate the impact, process and economic evaluation of the EEF.
We shall be holding a supplier engagement day in London the week commencing the 18th March.
