Boiler Suppliers will need to be able to provide a range of boiler options which meet both the quality standardsand budgets available for its stock and which meet the requirements of: • New Build Requirements o Outright sale o Low Cost Home Ownership o Private Rented o Social Rented • Planned and Reactive replacement programme o Planned Programmes o Repairs & Maintenance (Inc. void properties) Note: Orbit guarantees no exclusivity, volumes or spend and reserve the right to vary their requirements within the range over the course of the contract.
