Provision of specialist and caring services to meet statutory community transport for vulnerable children, youths and adults, most of whom are not in a position to care for themselves.

Therefore, passengers will be reliant on the care and vigilance of all staff, regardless of whether they are a driver or a passenger assistant.

The Council is holding a 'Supplier Market Testing' Event to engage with Suppliers able to deliver the Services and discuss the proposed requirements and procurement process.

For avoidance of doubt this is not a call for competition at this stage, the purpose is to advise the market on the forthcoming procurement and seek ideas from the market that may inform the final specification.

The event will take place on Friday 1st November 2019.
