Birmingham City Council requires a supplier for the provision of measuring citizen satisfaction with its council services across multiple channels.
Birmingham City Council is seeking a solution to measure customer satisfaction with their council services across multiple channels.
Customer Services will require a measure of customer satisfaction that can be used to identify where improvements are needed.
There is a requirement to be able to identify the interaction with the council when verbatim feedback has been received - this includes contacts via the online account and telephone.
This contract will be for a period of 12 months commencing 1st August 2017 until 31st July 2018.
The contract may be renewed on an annual basis depending on previous performance including the ability of the provider to deliver all deliverables on time to the agreed standard.
BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
