Rushmoor Borough Council ('the Council') is inviting tenders from suitably qualified demolition contractors for the demolition of Pinehurst Car Park, a double storey reinforced concrete car park situated within a roundabout between the A325 on the east and the A327 on the west.

The car park is to be demolished to allow for new road infrastructure as part of a wider Civic Quarter development.
