This PIN is to notify the market that King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (KCH) wishes to signal its interest in developing a co-located Urgent Treatment Centre on the Denmark Hill site.

This Service will provide, streaming for walk-in patients as well as GP and ENP services for the KCH Denmark Hill Emergency Department provision.

KCH is a large tertiary hospital and Foundation Trust providing services to the south east London and Kent population of over 4 million people.

We work across five hospital sites delivering local and specialist clinical services (this tender only applies to the Denmark Hill site).

KCH Denmark Hill is the Major Trauma Centre for SE London, Kent and Medway supported by our Helipad, a Cardiac Arrest Centre, Arrhythmia Centre and a Hyper-Acute Stroke Unit.

Our Paediatric Emergency Department has also undergone a recent renovation and is supported by a paediatric CDU.

KCH is keen to develop an Urgent Treatment Centre provision that: • 24/7 front door streaming for all walk-in patients • Provides 24/7 ENP and GP cover • Delivery of Type 3 performance against the emergency care standard (consistently achieving in excess of 95%) • Works with primary care provision including NHS111 throughout SE London in order to compliment and improve same-day primary care access as described in NHSE standards
