Bidders will need to provide one price for all of the items requested as part of the e-auction process including delivery to the Hertfordshire Constabulary Headquarters, Stanborough Road, Welwyn Garden City, AL8 6XF.
Due to space restrictions at the HQ site deliver will have to take place in a 3.5 tonne van (luton box acceptable) and agreed in advance with the ICT client placing the order.
This procurement process will take place in two stages with all interested parties completing the online questionnaire to demonstrate compliance with the basic requirements.
All those bidders that pass this stage will be invited to participate in an e-auction where they will be invited to submit their best prices in a reverse auction.
The evaluation process will be 100% on price subject to passing the requirements listed.
The e-auction will take place at midday following the submission of initial responses but is subject to change if there are any unforeseen issues
