The brief

We are looking for one or more suppliers to tender to fulfil each of the lots outlined in the Project Scope below.

The same supplier can choose to bid for multiple lots.

The core requirements of the service needed are: •Monthly human reviewed or automated online monitoring for Global Markets for key search words and terms provided, with clips per market identified in section 3.

Clips should be delivered in real time. •Monthly human reviewed print monitoring for markets - Clips to be provided in a format suitable to be entered into evaluation system, with clips per market identified in section 3. •Monthly human reviewed or automated broadcast monitoring for markets - clips to be provided in a suitable format to be entered into our evaluation system with transcripts included; clips per market identified in section 3. ·Robust media outlet/journalist/influencer database for markets; database must be cross-referenced with each markets target media list to ensure all titles and their key information such as circulation and/or UVM are included in the database.

Database should include consumer travel specialists including freelancers and cover all nationals, all regionals in Britain, US and Canada, all UK broadcasters, all tourism and industry trade titles (including PR, Marketing, Travel, Business Events). •Training: In person and web based training for set-up and new users in market, as well as ongoing training as needed by market. •Account Management: Direct point of contact at Agency at local market level with daily interaction. *Additionally if a 3rd party agency is contracted for print coverage, local markets must have a direct contact with the local office.
