Event Production Services- Bidders Day
Plymouth City Council are looking to procure Production Services for the annual events programme for the city from 2019 to 2021 with the option to extend until 2023.

Located by a stunning waterfront and harbour, Plymouth hosts a world class events programme from Armed Forces Day to Flavour Fest and the British Firework Championships.
We are inviting suppliers to attend a Bidders Day where you can meet the team, get an overview of the opportunity and the procurement process.The bidders day will include a site visit to the main event sites - Plymouth Hoe, The Barbican and City Centre.
