3D Printer
The University of Salford is making a major investment into modernising the building infrastructure and equipment at its School of Computing, Science & Engineering.
This project has been part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE), and a number of opportunities will arise around both construction and provision of technical equipment for various laboratories.
A requirement now exists in the School of Computing, Science & Engineering to procure a 3D printing system offering a large build volume, with low operating and consumable costs.
The lowest value has been declared at £25,000 but the University does not know at this stage what the actual value might be.
