Due to the challenges brought about by Coivid-19, Stonewater are looking to adjust their office portfolio.
As such, they have taken the decision to close their Bristol premises, with all staff being transferred to home worker status.
As a result of this, there is an urgent need to vacate the office site and deliver work based items to staff at their home addresses.
Internal consultations are ongoing to understand what needs to be delivered, but an indicative list of potential items is as follows: Laptop Additional Screen/Monitor Mouse Keyboard Computer Headset Laptop stand (if not using a separate monitor) Mobile phone Desk phone USB Hub (for Surface Pros) Tablet Printer Desk (1400x800x725mm) Chair Additional back support Wrist rest for mouse Foot rest Glare guard Stonewater will not know about numbers for the items on this list until the end of w/c 1st June and there may be items listed above which are not needed by any member of staff.
Similarly, a list of delivery addresses is not yet available, but will be provided as soon as is available Stonewater is looking to speak to suppliers in the Bristol area, either as a local supplier or a national company with the capabilities of providing support in the region.
The intention is for the required items to be moved w/c 15th June, subject to Stonewater's IT team being able to attend and disconnect any necessary technology beforehand.
Therefore, any supplier who expresses an interest in this requirement must be able to provide pricing based on the final information gathered by Stonewater on 9th/10th June.
All pricing will be submitted through Stonewater's e-tendering portal https://www.delta-esourcing.com/ and suppliers must register through this if interested.
Emailed pricing will not be accepted.
Suppliers must also comply with the terms laid out by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and be able to provide a detailed policy outlining how the details provided about Stonewater employees will be protected and not distributed in any way.
