Home Group- Supply of Contract Management Training

Home Group is looking to appoint a single supplier to design and deliver contract management training to colleagues across Home Group covering business units in England and Scotland. (Please see Appendix 1 for the geographic areas that Home Group currently operates in).

The Supplier will provide a comprehensive range of off-the-shelf and bespoke learning products.

The supplier will be used to design, develop and deliver a range of learning and development products which will be co-ordinated by Home Group's Learning and Development function and subject matter experts from across the organisation.

The Learning & Development team are tasked with the challenge of being innovative and creative with learning solutions that are flexible, relevant to job roles and responsibilities, and easily accessible.

Our goal to achieve this is to move away from a culture where all training is delivered via formal classroom based sessions to blended learning and ensuring all development has a positive impact on our colleagues' performance.

Applying the most appropriate mode of delivery will be dependent on the complexity of the information/and or skills to be imparted, as well as the size of the target audience.

We would expect any supplier to ensure that whatever the solution, it is accessible to all and that it takes into consideration specialist learning needs.
