The brief

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is replacing the aging AHU serving the Podiatry Theatre at Queen Victoria Memorial Hospital, Herne Bay.

The existing unit is noncompliant with HTM 03-01 (2021), and in critical condition.

The existing ventilation air distribution within the Theatre also requires upgrading to current HTM 03-01 (2021) standards.
