The brief

The ScaleUp360 Project (Project Number: 28R17P02178), is an ambitious Sheffield City Region wide programme providing inspirational advice and support to businesses and entrepreneurs to help them grow.

ScaleUp 360 is a £2.7m three-year European funded project (ERDF).

ScaleUp 360 provides clients with the right skills, knowledge and connections they need to grow a sustainable and investment ready business.

Each eligible beneficiary will receive a minimum of 12 hours free support including access to a dedicated entrepreneur campus space, 1-2-1 specialist business advice, mentor support for investment, workshops, access to investment, networking opportunities, scaling expertise and a dedicated account manager who will support them throughout their journey.

It brings together a consortium of expert business partners who will provide tailored support to businesses and entrepreneurs (from pre/early start-up to investment ready) with the potential to scale their ventures nationally or internationally, increase employment and/or introduce new product/services to the market.

The consortium comprises Doncaster Chamber of Commerce; Barnsley Business and Innovation Centre; East Midlands Chamber of Commerce and is led by Sheffield Hallam University.

In order to successfully promote the project to businesses with high growth potential (as well as deliver, monitor and accurately report to the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG) who are our Governing body), we require robust systems and processes.

Sheffield Hallam is the lead partner and must undertake all procurement for the project.

The ScaleUp 360 Project team is seeking a single system that fulfills the project requirements.

Business outcomes - a.

Deploy a vibrant website that communicates the brand of ScaleUP360 project through a visually engaging, dynamic and consistent appearance while retaining a user-friendly interface for both end-user and administrator. b.

Deploy a website that allows ScaleUp360 staff to create and update an online repository of resources and information that can be shared between the partners and/or businesses being supported. c.

Deploy a website that allows data gathering forms to be securely completed, stored and reported on.
