Retail Needs Study
Harlow District Council is looking to appoint suitably qualified consultants to undertake a Retail Needs Study for the area.
The Study will form part of the technical evidence base that will underpin the production of the Council's Local Plan.
The Local Plan will set out a vision for the District over the next 15 years and will contain strategic and local policies that will help guide growth and sites allocated for development.
Consultants will be required to demonstrate that they have proven experience in the delivery of this type of Study.
