Tender (IIT) for Framework for the Provision of Manage Services

PAH is seeking to establish a Managed Service Provider Framework Agreement for the Provision of Managed Services to manage services in the healthcare and non healthcare sector.

This is not a service for delivery of equipment.

The service is predominantly managing all suppliers who provide the service to authority including but not limited to renting of equipment's and charging money to the authority etc.

Please do not respond if you want to sell equipment's or provide only service for equipment that you sell.

The Framework will be open to all public sector bodies and not limited to use by PAH NHS Trust.

Framework will cover: Pathology Laboratory Services, Healthcare Services and wider services required by Councils, Education Sector and other Public Sector Organisations.

Healthcare Services will cover: Provision of services to manage Healthcare activities and management of facilities relating to Divisions, Departments, and Disciplines including but not limited to Theatres, Surgeries, Radiology, Endoscopy, Cardiology, In Patient Wards, Out Patient Wards, ICT and other facilities within Healthcare.

Pathology is not covered in these Healthcare Services.

Other Non-Healthcare Services will cover: Provision of services to manage non healthcare services and facilities environment including those of Schools, Councils, and other non NHS body.

Range of Services are wide and include but not limited to: provision of guidance and consultancy and operations management, provision of services which uses goods including ancillary/ incidental goods and services in the effective delivery of the managed services including but not limiting to Consumables, Perishable Goods and Services, Medical equipments, Associated Training, Inventory Management, Maintenance and Repair, Laboratory/Hospital Information Management System, Quality Assessment and Assurances, Design/Build/Finance the configuration of Facilities Spaces, Storage and/or Distribution, Information and Communication Technology provision, Disposal, Decontamination and Sterilisation services, Laboratory Management Services etc including acquisition/delivery of any or all elements.

Procurement may include management of financial, strategic, transactional, and operational needs for delivery of the services.

For clarification: above(Medical/Clinical Laboratory, Laboratory and Health Services) requirements may include (and not limited to): • Branding, Sales and Marketing of Pathology Analytical and healthcare Services • Inter-Lab service provision including transportation of sample and exchange of information • Management of healthcare facilities • Reagent product • Assay • Consumables including multi use and single use • Calibration services • Control material • Kits including Drills, Instrument Sets, • Instrument/ Equipment/System/ Automated(including semi-automated) system
