Horizon is delivered by three providers and consists of behavioural support for young people aged 10-24, alcohol, drugs and sexual health harm reduction for people aged 18 and over and integrated drug and alcohol recovery and clinical support for over 25s (but including clinical support for all ages).

Commissioners wish to gauge market appetite for the provision of integrated drug and alcohol recovery and clinical support for over 25s (including clinical support for all ages).

It is expected any organisations expressing an interest will have the appropriate expertise and relevant experience in the provision of drug and alcohol treatment services.

Any provider not taking part in this exercise will not be disadvantaged during any subsequent procurement of this service.
