Assessment Package for Primary Schools in Hackney

Hackney Learning Trust wishes to appoint an experienced contractor, of proven competence, to provide an Assessment Package that provides Hackney teachers with the skills and materials to track pupil progress from year 1 to 6.

The package must meet the criteria set out in the Commission on Assessment Without Levels final report, September 2015.

It is envisaged that the Assessment Package will include an on-line portal that supports teachers and schools by enabling them to access or download assessment and assessment training materials and data.

It will also include centralised training (including venues) in Hackney.

The training will explain the aims, principles and theory of the new approach to pupil assessment together with practical instruction about how to apply it.

It will also explain the aims and principles of the tracking process necessary for delivery of this approach.

Training will commence upon the start of the contract in December.

The on-line portal and support for users will be provided for a minimum of three years and will adhere to all the appropriate data protection security regulations.
