The brief

The British Red Cross Society (Red Cross) is a humanitarian organisation that refuses to ignore people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are.

This Prior Information Notice is to obtain market views on HR Services and gather information to enable the Red Cross to develop a Strategic Sourcing Plan to demonstrate their future approach to HR Services.

These could include services, such as, but not limited to: - Provision of permanent staff; - Provision of fixed term staff; - Provision of temporary and interim staff; - Provision of Senior and Executive roles; - Assessment centre services; - Employee Assistance Programme; and - Occupational Health services.

It is intended that the scope shall cover the following areas: Corporate/professional( Legal, policy/research, communications) IT Finance & Audit Admin /Support HR and Learning & Development Fundraising(in-house roles including direct marketing) Health & Social Care and Operatives (warehouse, drivers etc) Interested parties are advised to note that this will be a nationwide exploration which covers the following geographic areas: UK, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man.

Additionally, please note that we have provided a market research Pro Forma that we advise all interested parties to complete in full.

This Pro Forma shall be used a mechanism for Red Cross to increase its knowledge of the potential supply market, develop its strategic procurement plan and assist the Red Cross in their future approach to HR services.
