Strategice National Asylum Programme Delivery Partnerships
This sits below the typical range for Business Services contracts — a smaller, more accessible award. Based on 57,319 valued Business Services tenders in our corpus.
We are half way through the first year of a three-year National Lottery Community Funded Strategic National Asylum Programme (SNAP).
This programme is operating in Hampshire, Merseyside and Yorkshire with 5 formal partners supporting the programme delivery.
An initial Theory of Change for SNAP has been developed which has identified the following outcomes: access to justice and entitlements; wellbeing for resilience and establishing oneself.
A one-page summary of the SNAP programme is attached as an appendix to this brief.
This evaluation is focused on the work that the partners are delivering across SNAP.
We are particularly keen to understand if the work that is being delivered through the SNAP partnerships is having wider impacts for the Refugee and Asylum sector alongside the wider overlay in the charitable sector.
