The site is close to nearby residential areas, a retirement scheme at adjoining land called The Firs (Stonewater) and the village itself of Meriden.
It is also within a short distance of the A45 and M42 and within easy reach of Birmingham, Birmingham International Airport and train station and other smaller train stations.
