The City of Liverpool College intend to set up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Training Delivery Partners for the Liverpool City Region.
The partners who are awarded a place on the DPS will be invited to participate in a further mini competition when the College have a requirement to subcontract externally funded delivery.
