As a Social landlord, it is our legal obligation to ensure a safe evacuation of tenants and users of our properties in the event of a fire.
Therefore, we are required to provide smoke ventilation systems within our multi occupational residential buildings.
Existing systems are in situ at various sites in the Tees Valley and Newcastle.
We therefore require a suitably qualified Contractor to carry out the servicing and maintenance of smoke ventilation systems within the Group's buildings, in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice.
