Supply, Delivery and Operation of a Traditional Seaside Attraction on Paignton Green

The Authority is seeking an experienced Operator to supply, install and operate a single moveable Traditional Attraction on Paignton Central Green from Easter 2017, with the following aims: a) To provide a traditional and heritage based visitor attraction in keeping with Paignton as a family-orientated seaside location; b) To enhance the visitor experience in Paignton; c) To provide a sustainable value for money Attraction; d) To enhance longstanding events that the Authority and voluntary organisations have traditionally operated on Paignton Green; e) To preserve the condition of the Green and reduce the Authority’s reinstatement costs by being able and willing to move the Attraction on a daily or weekly basis, as required by the Authority, to different sites on Paignton Green; and f) To complement the existing attractions in place on Paignton Green for residents and visitors.
