Fund management activity undertaken in relation to the Finance Durham Fund for Years 1 to 3 (with a possibility of annual extensions for up to a further two years).

It is the intention of the Authority that NEWCO undertakes the fund management activity associated with the management of the Finance Durham Fund from year 3 onwards.
