The brief

We are ambitious for Children in Sutton and want to support all children to experiencepositive outcomes.

The London Borough of Sutton is commissioning Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme Provision funded by the Department for Education to provide free holiday-enriching and physical activities with nutritious meals for children and young people aged Reception to Year 11 receiving benefits-related free school meals.

The annual programme will cover the Spring, Summer and Christmas holidays.

Ambitious for Sutton provides a vision for the borough aimed at making Sutton a great place to live work and raise a family.

The provision of HAF activities for children and young people will help to support families and give children the best start in life.

The London Borough of Sutton intends to allocate contracted funding to providers for delivery of the HAF programme who are able to achieve the intended outcomes of the programme, offer wide ranging provision and demonstrate value for money.

The Council is setting up a Flexible DPS for the delivery of this service which will be commissioned in accordance with Regulation 74 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Light Touch Regime for Health and Social Care.

The deadline for receipt of tenders for the DPS Round 1 is 12.00pm 26th May 2023
