Commissioning and Finances They also would like support to undertake an appraisal of their finance and commissioning plans/intentions to assess value for money, cost savings, and deliverability against the aims and objectives of Barking and Dagenham's Place-based agenda, in particular how to pivot towards investing more in prevention.

This would include diagnostics of elements funded through the BCF plan, such as discharge arrangements, that have historically been planned and coordinated across Havering, Redbridge, and Barking and Dagenham.
