Being able to present the benefit of the HealtheIntent platform what other work we could and couldn't have done without it, so none intervention trackable projects.
This also means giving a view on the technical aspects of the platform.
Provide a comprehensive demonstration of the cost benefits of employing a Population Health team, including a detailed evaluation of the costs associated with the team and IT platform, compared to the anticipated savings to the system using the projects listed and opportunities for future projects.
A final report that gives an overview of all the above 4 aspects.
