The University of Manchester wishes to appoint 3 consultancies to provide comprehensive Asbestos Consultancy Services in accordance with legislative requirements.
This will include Asbestos Management Surveys, Asbestos Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys, Asbestos Re-inspection Surveys, Specification Writing, Bulk Sampling, Asbestos Awareness Training, Air Monitoring, Clearance Testing and associated works whilst providing expert advice at all times.
The overall cost of the framework is estimated at £550,000 per annum, over the full 4 year term this equates a framework value of £2,200,000.
This represents the best estimate at the time of publication.
Please note this a two year fixed term contract, with the option to extend at the end of the two years to a further year and then an addition further year after that (a 2 year fixed term, plus 1 year extension, plus a further 1 year extension).
The budget has been estimated based on spend on the existing Asbestos Consultancy framework and anticipated work over the life of the framework.
