Dacorum Borough Council invite interested suitable companies that provide Facilities Management Services to attend a pre-market engagement session at The Forum, Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP1 1DN on Thursday 18th July 2024.
The event will run from 10.00am - 1.00pm.
The Facilities Management Services contract will provide a range of planned and reactive services at the Council's civic offices (The Forum).
The appointed contractor will be responsible for the provision of a combination of hard and soft FM services, including maintenance services (incl.
M&E), cleaning, catering, waste and security services.
A presentation pack will be issued to all companies that register and request a pack.
Members of the Council's Property and Procurement teams will be in attendance at the engagement session to discuss the details of the opportunity, services required and the procurement process.
The Council would like to extend this invitation to companies and organisations of all sizes including local SME's.
