Fire and Security Contract - Market engagement
London Borough of Redbridge (LBR) will be undertaking the procurement of its Fire and Security Contract for its corporate properties which range from buildings such as offices, schools, children's centres etc.
The contract will include the following: • Fire alarm PPM • Intruder alarm PPM • Intruder alarm monitoring, details held within the asset list • Panic alarm PPM • Monthly and Annual Emergency Light testing • Firefighting equipment PPM • Sprinkler Systems PPM • Dry riser PPM • CCTV systems • Controlled entry systems (access control) • Vehicle & pedestrian gates inc ATP • Roller Shutters • Auto door mechanisms The London Borough of Redbridge invite interested and experienced Fire and Security companies to attend a market engagement session.
Members of the Council's Facilities Management service and Procurement teams will be in attendance to discuss the details of the opportunity, services required and the procurement process.
A presentation pack will be issued to all companies that register and request a pack.
The Council would like to extend this invitation to companies and organisations of all sizes including local small and medium-sized enterprises.
