1.1 The Supplier shall provide Services as follows: (a) electoral services and administer governor elections for Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SPFT) (b) run the annual Trust governor elections to begin at the beginning of April each year for SPFT (c) conduct annual general elections and by-elections as required, during the life contract; and (d) conduct the election in accordance with the Model Election Rules set out in the Trust's constitution (Annex 5 ).
