The brief

**Please note this opportunity is only available to suppliers from North East Universities Purchasing Consortium Framework Audio Visual Supply and System Design Integration and Maintenance Lot 2 (AVI2003NE) Framework that have expressed a wish to service University of Sunderland requirements under this agreement**.

Any expressions of interest from suppliers outside of this framework will be rejected with no further communication entered into.

The University of Sunderland are seeking to appoint and engage with a sole supplier from the NEUPC Audio Visual Supply and System Design, Integration and Maintenance (Lot 2 – AVI2003NE) for the period of 36 months, with the option to extend by an additional 24 months at 12 month increments.

It is envisaged that the successful integrator will provide consultation, system development/design and integration services for this period.

We are seeking to appoint a highly innovative integrator who will help shape and guide the audio visual requirements of our highly vibrant and technology rich teaching and learning environments.

The ability to provide agile and forward thinking solutions will be key to the successful development of a partnership during the lifespan of this contract.

Although our primary core focus is teaching, the University also provide an excellent conferencing and banqueting provision which can be accessed by regional and national businesses; the successful integrator will need to demonstrate the ability to provide solutions aimed at this area in addition to standard teaching and learning spaces.
