The Council is seeking to appoint a Contractor to undertake works that includes the replacement windows, rainwater goods and Pigeon Proofing / Hedgehog guards and balcony handrails & guarding, lintels, Helibar Crack Stitching to Stack Block of Flats.

The services will be let as a single Contract.

The Form of Contract is the JCT Intermediate Form of Contract 2016.

It is anticipated that the Contract will commence in 4 April 2022 and run for 37 weeks with a completion date of 16 December 2022.

Please ensure that you include Westworks levy (1.5%) in your tender price, not as a separate line item.

Levy will be recovered monthly, throughout the life of the project, based on the amount that you invoice the client.
