Design, supply and install new three phase outgoing power supplies to serve the new DX outdoor condensing units/AHU and provide interconnecting power/control wiring to serve the indoor units.
Test and commission the complete installation.
Fingerprint Room - Strip out 4 No. existing chilled water ceiling cassette air conditioning units and associated chilled water pipework.
Pipework to be stripped back to a suitable location as not to leave any dead legs.
Pipework to be valves and capped for possible future use.
Supply and install 5 No.
DX ceiling mounted cassettes c/w associated outdoor condensers, refrigeration/condensate pipework/pumps, tray work and controls.
Design, supply and install new three phase outgoing power supplies to serve the new DX outdoor condensing units and provide interconnecting power/control wiring to serve the indoor units.
Test and commission the complete installation.
Meeting Room 03 - Strip out 1 No. existing chilled water wall mounted air conditioning unit and associated chilled water pipework.
Pipework to be stripped back to a suitable location as not to leave any dead legs.
Pipework to be valves and capped for possible future use.
Supply and install 1 No.
