The Council's current requirement for maintenance is for 4 x Fujitsu Fi-5950 Production Scanners, which are heavily used daily and all need to be operational:- Scanner Part No Serial Manufacture Date 1 PA03450-B501 000380 2012-08 2 PA03450-B501 000381 2012-08 3 PA03450-B501 100158 2013-10 4 PA03450-B561 AA2CC00096 2016-10 The above devices are located within the RMU, Picow Farm Depot, Picow Farm Road, Runcorn, WA7 4UB The proposed maintenance Must include but not be limited to:- - Onsite/Offsite Support - Next Day Engineer Visit for Faults - Support Availability for fault reporting and engineer callout within office hours (Monday-Friday 9am - 5.30pm) - Fault Categorisation, including call logging and tracking - Agreed Service Levels - Parts and labour warranty The Council currently utilises 2 x Zebra ZXP Series 3 Printers used by Central Admin for Identification Card Printing, the Council are also requesting maintenance costs for these devices, although there is no guarantee they will be included in the contract.
