The brief

The Foundation is seeking a tenderer with the capability of working successfully to build two interactive online modules for practitioners in the Further Education (FE) sector, to assist them in teaching basic English literacy and grammar to speakers of other languages whose first language is not English (ESOL).

Research shows that many ESOL learners are studying as part of mainstream Functional Skills English classes and this work aims to support teachers to better understand these students and enhance learner outcomes.
