Provision of ?AdHoc Provision? of Taxis and Private Hire Vehicles for up to 8 passengers. ?Ad Hoc Provision? will include short notice and one-off bookings.
The contracts will run between September 2016 and August 2020.
Based on historical data, the total, estimated spend for the contract is £13,000,000.
The spend is equally spread between both Councils over the life of the contract (£6.5m/£6.5m), however individual routes and call-offs will vary between the two Councils.
The figures are estimates and the Councils can?t guarantee that this value of business can be generated during the period of the contract.
