The Council as part of its ongoing compliance with the ACOP L8 the Control of Legionella undertook, with its appointed water treatment specialists, risk assessment reviews of its properties where applicable during 2014.
Based on the findings of these reviews the Council is looking to appoint a contractor or contractors to undertake remedial repairs/actions as recommend in the risk assessments.
