EHRC 28-1516 Prejudiced Attitudes and Unlawful Behaviour
This sits in the upper-middle of the Business Services band — a substantial contract for the sector. Based on 57,319 valued Business Services tenders in our corpus.
The Commission is exploring the relationship between values, attitudes and behaviours in order to identify interventions that can prevent and respond effectively to unlawful behaviour.
We aim to understand how individual and societal values influence attitudes to particular groups, and how both values and attitudes relate to unlawful discrimination, harassment and identity-based violence; and how far regulating behaviour can engender changes in values and/or attitudes.
The aim of this work is to inform our future approach to developing and influencing interventions that will be effective in preventing and responding to unlawful behaviour.
