Gas Heating & Appliances Maintenance

The University of Warwick has a requirement for contractor to carry out planned and preventative maintenance tasks associated with Gas Heating and Appliances Maintenance.

The service is to be provided under a contract for a period of up to 5 years (comprising 2, +1, +1, +1), subject to performance against agreed KPIs.

Subject to satisfactory performance, the contract will be renewed annually, up to the 5 year duration.
