Cobalt has recently adopted a Category Management approach to its procurement activities and wishes to ensure the services it procures are thoroughly researched prior to tender Cobalt is therefore seeking to engage with the market by holding individual meetings with suitably qualified Consultants in preparation for its Compliance Consultancy Services Tender, which is due to be published July - September 2019 Meetings will be a great opportunity for Providers to inform Cobalt of how they would like to see the tender structured, and to provide input relating to the following areas - lot structure, pricing structure, KPIs and social value requirements Services to be included in the tender are listed below - • Asbestos surveying • Legionella Risk Assessments • Fire safety consultancy - FRA's • EPCs • FRA Quality Audits • Thorough examinations of mechanical engineering LOLER • Gas quality audits • Electrical quality audits • Asbestos Quality Audits • Waste Advice • Occupational Therapist Time slots for meetings are available on the following dates at 10am, 11.30am, 2pm and 3.30pm • Tuesday - 30th April • Wednesday - 1st May • Thursday - 2nd May • Friday - 3rd May • Tuesday - 14th May • Wednesday - 15th May If you are interested, please e-mail procurement@cobalthousing.org.uk with the following information by the end of play, Friday 1st March - • Availability for time slots (please provide as many as possible for ease of arrangement) • Personnel to attend the meeting (please ensure that the proposed Contract Manager and the person responsible for completing the tender are in attendance) • Services you provide from the list above We look forward to meeting you!
