Tenderers should note the following: The selection and evaluation criteria and weightings provided indicate the relative importance of each question (which should be taken into consideration when constructing a response); RSSB is seeking to award a contract for Phase 1 of the project at the end of September 2016, and the solution should be seamlessly configured and implemented by the end of March 2017.
