Alternative Education Provision Supplier Engagement Event
South Tyneside Council would like to invite you to a Supplier Engagement Event for our Alternative Education provision flexible procurement being held virtually 2pm - 3pm on Thursday 14th February 2024 via Microsoft Teams.
The outcome of this consultation will inform the forthcoming tender exercise, which is anticipated to commence March 2024.
This event will be focused around sharing our ideas for the future model of service delivery of alternative education provision for young pupils in South Tyneside.
We intend to share our proposed service model and ideas and seek your feedback on how a new model will provide a robust alternative education provision offer which caters for the needs of pupils in South Tyneside.
We will also take you through the Council's tender requirements and indicative timeline.
This event is aimed at suppliers already operating, or plan to set up a service, within a 15-mile radius of the boundary of South Tyneside for the provision of face to face alternative education provision or national suppliers who offer virtual/online alternative education provision.
We have attached the draft specification with this advert and would very much like your feedback on our proposals, in order to shape this service and the new specification.
We do hope you can join us, so please register your interest by contacting joanne.woodhouse@southtyneside.gov.uk.
Once registered a link to the Microsoft Teams meeting will be sent to you.
Please contact Joanne with any questions relating to this event.
