With associated hard and soft landscaped areas, below ground drainage and adopted highways works.

Works include: o Site strip and demolitions with adjustments to levels o Adjustment to storm/surface drainage o Adjustment to existing services o New incoming services o Trench fill foundation and contractor designed floor slab o New pitched roof, canopies, fascia, soffits and rainwater goods o External walls o External windows and doors o Internal walls o Ceilings, walls, floors finishes and decoration o Mechanical and electrical installations o Builders work in connection with services o Minor Hard and soft landscaping o Builders work associated with new incoming services o External works.
