whg is seeking to appoint a Contractor to provide comprehensive Communal Cleaning Services to High Rise, Low Rise and Wellbeing Housing Schemes comprising Communal Areas and Community Rooms together with various Offices. . whg is seeking to appoint a single contractor to provide Communal Cleaning Services to comprise of comprehensive cleaning of internal and exernal common areas adjacent to entrances / exits and provide Cleaning Services to various Offices to the highest possible standards.

Schemes are located predominantly in and around Walsall, as whg continues to grow the service requirement may continue to expand beyond Walsall into the wider Midlands area.This ITT process will be managed via our electronic tender solution hosted by Due North (referred to in this document as "The Portal").

All document exchange and communication between whg and selected Tenderers will always be via The Portal.

The Portal provides a secure, auditable and efficient method of exchanging information and documents between the parties.
