CONCESSIONS CONTRACT: SCM Events Accredited Supplier Tender - AV Production - AWARD

As the world's leading group of science museums, we share our unparalleled collection spanning science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and medicine with over 5 million visitors each year.

Part of the Science Museum Group (SMG), which comprises of the Railway Museum in York, Science and Media Museum in Bradford, Locomotion in Shildon and Science and Industry Museum in Manchester, as well as our National Collections Centre in Wroughton, the multi award-winning Science Museum in London has been available for corporate and private clients to hire for events since 1992.

We host approximately 200 events every year, ranging from daytime conferencing to fashion shows, product launches, awards ceremonies etc... many events attract VIPs, industry leaders, and Royalty... last financial year, the income generated by our accredited AV contractors from events at the Science Museum was £700k.

We are currently tendering for our accredited contractors list for audio-visual specialists.

The accredited AV contractors list will include between 4 and 8 companies.

We are looking to appoint companies to provide a well-balanced list for our clients in terms of service style, price point and offering a unique selling point that will enhance customers' experience at the Science Museum.
