Mildmay Mission Hospital provides services for people with HIV who have cognitive impairment, HIV related brain injuries or complex physical rehabilitation needs.

In line with the CCGs obligations under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and NHS Regulations 2013, the potential contract opportunity was advertised on both OJEU and Contracts Finder for a period of 3 weeks.
The advert clearly stated that responses would be used to inform the CCGs commissioning approach and whether a full competitive process would be run.
The conclusion of the Market Engagement process is that there is no no benefit to patients or the CCG that could be achieved through competing this service.
