The brief

A Cabinet report relating to the Closed Road Cycle Circuit at The Dome, makes reference to and agrees that 'surrendered land' from DCLT's lease for The Dome, along with unleased DMBC land will be used for construction of the Cycle Circuit.

Following completion, it was agreed, that the Circuit would be leased back to DCLT to manage and operate.
