Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of Supported Housing for Ex-Offenders with Mental Health Needs.
Project Description The service will provide accommodation based support to ex-offenders with low mental health needs.
The initial contract term will be for 36 months with an option to extend for a further 48 months (2 periods of 24 months) for a potential total contract term of 7 years as stated in the ITT documents.
Estimated contract spend is between £180,000 and £192,000 across the initial 3 year contract term and between £400,000 and £448,000 across the potential total 7 year contract term.
